The Journey to Your Athletic Success Begins Now
How many times have you felt like you're not strong enough or had the incompetent fear that you're not giving it your all?
You may even start to believe it yourself. And after all the work you’ve put in, and all the injuries you’ve had to endure, losing your passion for the sport that you love is the LAST thing you want to happen. Especially if you’re losing your passion because of your current position, there is no worse feeling than that.
But what if I told you that there was a way to get you out of the rut of not progressing and constantly injury prone, to a D1-ready athlete with your dream colleges begging you to join their team, all while being injury-free, feeling your very best, and LOVING your sport the way you once did.
After all, the reason you’re still here is because you keep asking yourself “Do I really have what it takes?”
So let’s find out, shall we?
our process
1. Consultation
&
Questionnaire
After you’ve reached out via email, DM, or schedule an appointment and decided to start working with us, we’ll begin our work with a quick consultation and some questions we’ll need to answer to see if you’re a good fit for our program.
Here we aim to establish what type of athlete you are, your starting measurements, what results you’re looking for, if you’re in the right mindset, and simply if you’re willing to put in the work that it takes to reach the goals you have laid out.
And don’t worry about having to pay a huge amount of money upfront, or having to be stuck in a contract you’re unhappy with. Any sort of financial investment is always marked per session so you can cancel whenever is best for you, no strings attached.
2. Evaluate, Evaluate, Evaluate
Once you’ve wrapped up your consultation with us, it’s time to start evaluating your performance. During your first in-person meeting with us, we’ll take a look at any footage you’d like to review with us about your performance, alongside with:
-
Your numbers to see what we can improve upon
-
Your mobility and flexibility so we can understand how to keep you away from injury
-
Your sleep and energy output so we can maximize your performance
-
Your diet so we can fuel your body correctly
-
And your mindset so you can set realistic expectations for yourself
The whole idea behind your first in-person meeting with us is to really hone in on the specifics surrounding your training and your personal lifestyle so you can go from the athlete you are to the athlete of your dreams.
3. Apply and Assess
Now, it’s time to get into the fun stuff.
After we’ve gotten through the initial analytics of your training and determined what type of athlete you are, it’s time to begin training.
And don’t worry, we’re not gonna put you in some cookie-cutter program that gets no results. Each and every training session will be designed to your specific needs as an athlete.
I’m sure you’re wondering what that looks like, and we’re not here to hide any information from you so this is EXACTLY how it will be.
First, we’ll start off our sessions with mobility and flexibility so we can always have an emphasis on the longevity of playing the sport you love. You want to avoid injuries the best that you can, so starting off with these sorts of exercises will be crucial for your training.
After you’ve gotten all warmed up and ready to go, we’ll move on to your own personal training. Please keep in mind that this part will vary depending on the athlete and not everything will be the same from person to person. But to get a better understanding of what you might do in this part, think quicker feet if you’re a football player, or working on your pulldown speed if you play baseball, or even sharpening up your jab if that’s your thing.
After everything is said and done, and you’ve put in your work in for the day, we’ll regroup at the end of your session and discuss what it is that you have to work on moving forward and what your next few training sessions will look like.
Oh and don’t let me forget, training isn’t the only thing we’ll be focusing on this part of your program.
We’ll also be looking at things like your sleep, work and family life, your energy levels, and most importantly, your diet.
We’re not just here to train you on the field, we’re also here to help uplift your lifestyle so everything can align towards your goals.
So make sure you have a journal where you can track your own progress outside of the field! After all, some of your most valuable measurements will come from your personal life style.
4. Adjust Going Forward
Chances are, if your body is just like the rest of us, you’re gonna need some adjustments to your training plan from time to time.
And that’s okay! As you develop as an athlete and we start seeing any sort of changes (whether good or bad) in your training, lifestyle, nutrition, or sleep we’ll take a moment to analyze what’s going on and adjust accordingly moving forward.
And don’t worry, you are more than free to request any sort of changes during any part of your training. Whether you want to switch up your meal plan or start focusing on something completely different during your training sessions, just let your coach know and we’ll be on it ASAP.
And the best part? Not only are any changes to your program 100% FREE, but you’ll also have 24/7 access to your coach so you can request any adjustments or ask questions whenever it best suits you.
